Blended coffees are single origin coffees that have been mixed together to
create exceptional flavors and intriguing aromas. Decaffeinated coffees are
those who had their caffeine removed by one of several methods. We use only
the natural and Swiss Water Process methods of decaffeinating in the coffees
we sell.
Blends and Roasts 
Espresso coffees are blends of several single origins mixed together in
order to create the coffee blend called Espresso. Using an electric espresso
machine or a stove- top percolator to force steam through finely ground
coffee, will produce this thick, creamy extract of coffee. Most people
add steamy milk to the coffee extract, creating Cappuccino and Latte.

Varietals
Varietals or Straights are coffees that have not been blended or flavored.
Each one is our selection from the country of origin. The coffee is
then roasted to a degree suitable to its density, a degree we call
the “Peak Roast”.

Organic
/ Fair Trade Varietals
Organics are those coffees grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers,
pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Certified Fair Trade Coffees mean that
farmers were paid a fair price for their harvest to guarantee them and their
families a decent living wage. Red Rock Roasters organic coffees are USDA certified
through New Mexico Organic Commodity Commission, certificate number 202. Our
Fair Trade coffees are certified by TRANSFAIR USA.
