Tips for getting the most out of your flowers

  1. Choose the right bouquet size.

Most of our bouquets come in three or four different sizes. By default, we have photographed each bouquet in only one size (usually deluxe). This means that bouquets of different sizes will differ slightly from the one in the photo. Before placing your order, please read the description of the bouquet of your choice - it lists the flowers the bouquet is composed of, as well as the quantity.

  1. Flowers are wrapped in protective paper for transit.

We always deliver the freshest flowers and handle them with the utmost care during shipping, by wrapping them tightly in protective paper. This also means that the flowers are somewhat ‘cramped’ together for shipping, and as they arrive at your doorstep, they do not look exactly like the photos on our website. Once unwrapped, play with them a little to give them some air and make the assortment more robust. This also lets you arrange the flowers in a somewhat different way, if you want to.

  1. Mother Nature has many different shapes, sizes and colors.

The flowers captured in our photos are just a small piece of nature. Please do bear in mind that colors, shapes and sizes may sometimes differ slightly. Also, it may happen that flowers delivered to you arrive still closed. That’s because we always deliver the freshest blooms! They will stay with you for longer! We just love the joy of observing how flowers open, don’t you?

  1. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are.

We deliver to over 20 thousand cities across the USA. Most of our bouquets can be delivered the day after they have been ordered. Please bear in mind, however, that if you live in a suburban area or on the outskirts of major cities, it may take slightly longer to deliver them. Certain bouquets can be delivered on the same day, but again, proximity to city centers is an important factor for a timely delivery. Also, if you order in the afternoon, it may be difficult to execute the order on time. It’s better not to wait until the last minute.

  1. Accessories shown are only examples.

Accessories such as vases, ribbons, balloons and toys may slightly differ from the ones that are pictured on our website. Our florists always do their best to pick the same accessories, but sometimes their choices are limited to what’s in stock at any given time.
